I'd believe it if I could see the scam. They haven't diluted that much and could with authorized. They haven't pumped much at all, in fact, we're all annoyed with how little they communicate. They hold tons of shares personally that have not been sold (as far as I know) and the shares they hold are going down as well.

I don't see them as scammers. I see them as ineffective communicators and freaking dirt dog awful at financial statements/audit coordination.

If the scam is to hurt themselves, they are great at it.
