"they" can do whatever they want.

Its obnoxious and doesn't further debate which would actually be constructive

IE, we appear to have some really cool products and even some cool connections, but why isn't management supporting the stock and share holders?

Why is everything leaked through IR and/or this board, eventually found to be "true" but then has no impact on buying and share price?

Why doesn't management speak up and acknowledge there is clearly an issue with the stock?

If the IRS is a factor, and its true, TALK about it

if its a rumor, then dispel it

You got to ask yourself this, if we had the nuts, truly had the product, then private placement money wouldn't be an issue. Dilution and selling of treasury shares could be put off

But we have seen a couple million be bled out over the last couple financials, and the stock is tanking, and our revenue is disappearing when we should have been ramping up

It is maddening why management cant support the stock and investors
