Yes that is correct and the "State"
Lawsuit is Locksmith/RK vs VoIP-pal and its BOD.
I believe this should concern all of us shareholders.
If LSF and friends win I would think there would be damages so how could a potential buyer move forward not knowing what or if this will cost the company.
I know I would not purchase let's say a car without knowing if there is money"possibly" owed on it.
Just my opinion.
