And Gov involved projects that ARE painfully slow can kill a company.

My last big loss was such a company (and I waited patiently for years.)
It had to go through a long government COSTLY process/study in order to get the permit required to start the drilling that the company needed to survive. Near the end of the process the Gov added NEW costly studies to the process.
The company had no more money to continue with study so they basically cancelled the project which was to be their bread and butter.
And their pps fell accordingly.

At the same time, They also had another country Gov project which they then lost because their market cap fell so low because of the above, the other Gov decided that they didn't have the wherewithal to complete the project. So, they cancelled the contract and gave it to the Chinese.

They tried to survive, but eventually filed for BK.

I find STWS in the similar boat.
It has no CASH on Hand,
all projects cost money,
they Owe lots of money from past projects
and can't sit around forever
waiting for gov permits!

But I hope that STWS does get these required permits in the next few months, if not.....????
