As I already stated and you indicated understanding; if the money went towards infrastructure related to assimilating acquisitions then it was for and or related to future acquisitions.

And I would agree with you. But was it used to grow Sunworks and MD Energy is the question (which perfectly fine), except as the funds diminish, new stock offering will be necessary for future acquisitions, causing an increase in dilution two fold having to raise funds for the new acquisitions and stock as part of the payment for those acquisitions.
