The last Filing says the Authorized is now 65,000,000,000 - The Outstanding could be massive but who cares, this one deal could bring more than 25mm a year to the company at a conservative 35mcf a day per well. put a 20 P/E on that and its still undervalued even if the OS was 65b. Sure is a lot of stock but I wont be shocked when the real numbers get released. Just be prepared
