The allusion portrayed of Maintaining RXSF Control is not Accurate Statement. They have had control.
Verifying Contracts is done by the RXSF Balance Sheet.It is verification for Sales.
RXSF Insiders should BUY preferred, not Commons. Solves two problems.
If I have "no stake" in RXSFD or I cannot be "Playing this". Only one can be an accurate statement.
We all work for nothing,put the big boy pants on, that is the gamble, but out here we can't sell cover with shares.
Business judgement rule applies to PRIVATE Companies.
I understand I am not entitled to an RXSF explanation, nor do I want one. CEO's like that of RXSF have "Fiduciary Duties" and although I disagree, I respect.
This forum is for all opinions on RXSF.
