I'd like to take this one if you don't mind.

Drugman...You may not have accused JN and the company of anything illegal in regards to the finances by having hands in the cookie jar. However, you have repeatedly questioned what happened to some money. You keep asking are they going to replace this money. Why? JN stated the money was to be used for acquisitions. The money spent was used to employ the means to make bringing in all future acquisitions quicker, cheaper and to enable our new subs to assimilate into the Solar3D model. That to me seems to be money spent towards acquisitions. If a tech company I invested in told me they were going to spend a million dollars on research and I found $125,000 went towards a researcher related to the field of study I would consider that as part of the research investment. Seems like a fairly simple concept to understand.

Now the cell. Could you please share your research with everyone here. We would all probably benefit from what facts you have gathered in relation to the cell. You seem to have made a self determination, or so it would seem, that the cell may not be real or real enough to have been fooled by JN. You claim it may have been a bait and switch and that it seems JN turned on a dime and used investor money for the acquisition strategy.

The facts, as I see them, are that we still have a finished prototype, we have an indication that we may be closer to a patent, we have a CEO who has been honest about the cell progress, we still have a company name with direct ties to the cell and countless PR's and SEC filings which state the company is a developer of a solar cell.

While we don't seem to be any closer to a commercial cell than a year ago, JN indicates the cell needs a manufacturing partner at this time. In the mean time we are closer to JN's stated objective of being a cell developer which is profitable. JN stated countless times, his objective of growing the company vertically with his "solar system" model and employing the "growth by acquisition" strategy.

That would surely have been one long and slow bait and switch. If anyone feels duped because of changes and shifts along the way they weren't good stewards of their own finances.
