Small oil producers face impossible odds..
We can expect more of the same, until a new administration gets in who dispatches the EPA and lifts the ban on US oil exports to international customers. Small producers simply can't get market share with nonproductive wells.. Revival costs big bucks to pay off the obstacles of endless regulations..
