Sadly (or perhaps 'more realistically') there is no such "absolute killing scenario" here. All issues involving "stock conversions" or "patents" is mere 'pie-in-the-sky' (in my humble opinion of course).

The mean-spirited-hombres that ultimately acquire HIPPQ will be hard-bitten, cold-blooded FINANCIAL REALISTS ... who will not give so much as a Tinker's Damn about such 'fluffy' valuation-related issues that might relate to 'patents stuck in some mythical "pipeline", or (worse yet) 'Zen-like-stock-"conversions".

No. Not the folks who ultimately acquire HIPPQ. Like great dark vultures, they will only be interested in actual, LIVE THINGS )i.e., 'remaining assets')that they can snatch and fly-away with.

And THAT remains to be THIRTY-SEVEN MILLION, NINE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS IN FULLY VERIFIED TAX DEFERRED ASSETS that are now --- right this damned moment --- sitting nakedly on HIPPQ's balance sheet.

That being the case (and I defy ANYONE on this board to prove me wrong), I must now ask YOU --- and that "extremely optimistic" "somebody you know" --- WHAT MORE DO YOU HAVE TO SEE, AND BE ABLE TO TOUCH ... in order to KNOW that HIPPQ is a vast RESERVOIR of as yet untapped VALUE?
