Step 6: Expand your product offering.

Step 7: Consider up-listing to NASDAQ.

THEN AND ONLY THEN MOVE TO STEP 8.

Step 8: Start paying yourself.

Baristas management did everything in the wrong order.
They never really did step 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. They started step 1 then went straight to steps 6, 7, and 8 without perfecting the business model. This is GREED. Wanting the riches without the substance behind it always ends badly.
