but have had that scenerio happen a few times over the years for quite handsome returns , and all of them were shells that went reverse merger ... more than half resulted in a tender offer letter from slimy lawyers beforehand ,, each time i purchased more of any such security related to that ... this encc is another boat sad to say ...
