The fundamental element underlying all of our pursuits is a forward-looking idea that has a passion to drive business forward. In line with the Company’s sole focus in domestic fuel, the Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting to consider: changing the name of the company to clearly reflect its positioning in the oil and gas industry. The results of this meeting, of course, will require shareholder approval.
