So your saying Wayne knew nothing about it? He accidentally sold shares to someone. Could it have been his accountant that was fired for fraud that did this? Maybe his finger slipped and added his signature by mistake?

So your telling us that Wayne does not review paperwork, or his accountants work and just rubbberstamps everything because it was just an error? Cool. Nice way to run a company.

Looks like the SEC did not see it that way. Wayne is responsible for whatever happens in his company.
