If Griffin's forecast of 200 million in five years is remotely accurate, I can't see how there won't be some investors with the foresight to gamble some on a high yield investment.
For the market in general, the problem is convincing potential investors that CDEx technology is unique and has clear marketing advantages over other existing technologies. Griffin has to convince investors his forecast is possible and he just didn't pull it out of his hat.
So far, I have not seen it, no trace detection of anything, no extraordinary stand-off distances. Like Paige said, "standard or not far off from standard" stuff. Niche marketing is what I've seen and that's hardly how one markets revolutionary technology. With revolutionary technology you grap the bull by the horns!
Promoters can post all the links and "connect-the-dots" posts their heart's desire if they choose to do so, they may even believe some of it. But that's penny stock message board marketing and will accomplish nothing IMO. Griffin is trying to change that and the way Loch/CDEx has operated. He wants to attract new money, but until savvy investors are given the correct information which establishes clear advantages to the technology I don't believe that the big bucks will be forthcoming.
If he wants to get CDEx out of the small time rut, he has to disclose more information about the technology and convince investors it's superior. If they have something that will "wow" (TM- capnmike) people now is the time to stop guarding it and get out of the Loch/CDEx mode we've all witnessed for the last 6 years.
