Not enough info for even wild-assed guess. Is EE profitable ?? If a company brings in $10 million a year, but has expenses of $20 million a year, it's nothing to get excited about. What's the debt load ? Even if they're profitable, but have a crushing debt load, then still not a good deal.

Then there's part 2 .... which is how would a merger/sale be structured ?? Will common shareholders benefit ? Or be left in the cold just owning a shell ??

I'm very skeptical in stinky-pinkyland, of deals actually benefiting retail investors.
