There is 3 million dollars that JN said was going to be used for acquisitions only that is no longer there.

The question on the board was how much money was left for acquisitions and whether another placement was going to be needed
for future acquisitions.

So will the 3 million dollars used for operations be replaced to the acquisition pool fund?

Or if not will it results in additional dilution to raise money for future acquisitions?

A very valid question.
