Like I said, find a better source, he's either not telling you the information for obvious reasons, or being 1 of 100,000+ employees unaware of this initial development agreement. And how many different divisions and locations does Intel have, is it company policy to have 20,000+ people, perhaps all 107,000 people to know of initial development agreements.

I Doubt that,
