You really believe everything Todd is telling you? You do know he has a duty to disclose any material information that would reasonably be expected to affect the value of a security or influence investors' decisions. Why is he only releasing this information to certain people on this board and not publicly? I hope he doesn't get jammed up by FINRA again. He paid a pretty hefty price the first time, I doubt they are going to be very lenient the second time around.
