I totally agree that a CEO has to be present. Every day IMO. This is quite a strange thing - you wrote that the CEO lives 2500 miles away and now you are writing that he visits the company only once a month or so. Do you KNOW this to be the case?

Why aren't those that invested so heavily under Pineau shouting from the rooftops and demanding that this company get its act together? Or are they? Or are those who invested so much the very ones who caused its demise?
