There are currently 190,679,941 shares outstanding. At a price of 0.1385, market cap is $26,409,171.83
With a reverse split shares would go up.
If anything, grabbing cheap shares now would be the best choice.
A R/S of 1:10 would mean that a share would be worth $1.385, which is pretty good to me. One can go from 1000 shares to 100, but the overall value is the same.
They might be doing that to keep the stock trading at the Exchange.

Of course all that is only worth with changes/improvements within.
Gonna hold for now.
