Why don't you let us in on some of these behind the scenes "developments" that you are aware of.

The only developments that I am aware of are:

1. Todd hasn't paid Xeden so we have lost our exclusive rights to market m3hub and most likely don't have any rights to it all anymore. Considering that Todd wasn't able to find one single customer for m3hub I would have to right off that portion of the company as Worthless.

2. Autospense: Last I heard they owned four machines. Probably in Todd's garage collecting dust. Without functioning software (see above) this portion of the company is Worthless.

3. CBD: Looks like company has given up on it... zero activity on social media sites for over 6 weeks. I do hear that sales are up in CT. Worthless

4. Audit: still waiting..... anybody want to loan Todd some money to pay for it.

5. Financing: No audit no financing. Who in their right mind would touch this anyway.

6. We owe $1.4 million in payroll. Anybody know how many employees Endexx has? Where is all of this payroll going?
