Its not the bod´s work to go over saic filings, they have auditors for accounting matters and auditing in all companies. Nothing strange or extraordinary with that!

So this is about you feeling that you lost 30 k 6 yrs ago due to a miscommunication about an audit of 2008 and 2009. You claimed that you had a slam dunk law suit. You´re allegations were contradicted even though the company seem to admit to some misunderstandings etc... You claimed it was not misunderstandings rather Solomon that tried to present good news concerning timings of when an specific auditor was appointed etc... You claim that the real intend was to provide good news so the company could dump stocks on the market in order to get money to pay off old shell owners from the time when the company was set up. If that would of been the case it would of been really bad of course. That is what you claim, the company has a totally different version. You claimed that you had good proof others claimed otherwise.

I wonder how did that lawsuit work out for you....? I could also read that you tried to buy silence from the company and when that didn´t work you made your allegations public. And you have trash talked the company ever since..... It seems like your strategy did not work out for you. Its easy to see that you didn´t care about your fellow shareholders at that time, just looking out for yourself, and you are just showing us more of the same now.

But at least I know why you are constantly trying to hurt the company and the current shareholders.
What you are forgetting is the fact that you only hurt shareholders but not Solomon. How does this help you feeling better?

You feel that the company was reckless with information to the public 6 yrs ago and ever since you been doing the same to all the present shareholders.

How is all this making sense for you moral wise....?
