The reason the MMAR was cancelled and MMPR brought in was there was a "suspected " divergence of supply. Folks were approved for 15 and 30 grams a day! Dispensaries were popping up all over the place. More and more Moldy grow ops were popping up and the lines between legal and illegal were becoming blurred. Hence the term "Grey" market. A lot of people were taking advantage of the system, and cause we all want to be totally free, that's what folks will do.

I think what the Government will aim to focus on is a clear distinction between what is legal, and what is not. So even if dispensaries are maintained and personal grow is kept, the ability to open up shop and sell that product will be Criminalized as unlawful sales. Same as tobacco and alcohol.

Remember the Liberal Platform. Regulated and distributed like Alcohol and Tobacco. So as far as business goes, what ever system is developed, you will need a lisence, which will have to be applied for. And if its controlled by the Government Like LCBO, the the supply will also be controlled. If folks still want to risk their freedom by peddling Cannabis om mainstream in Canadian cities, which is extremely foolish imo, suit yourselves.

This is going to the Government. And the people voted for it. So that's where it's going. And I need more shares.
