I think what the Government will aim to focus on is a clear distinction between what is legal, and what is not. So even if dispensaries are maintained and personal grow is kept, the ability to open up shop and sell that product will be Criminalized as unlawful sales. Same as tobacco and alcohol.
Remember the Liberal Platform. Regulated and distributed like Alcohol and Tobacco. So as far as business goes, what ever system is developed, you will need a lisence, which will have to be applied for. And if its controlled by the Government Like LCBO, the the supply will also be controlled. If folks still want to risk their freedom by peddling Cannabis om mainstream in Canadian cities, which is extremely foolish imo, suit yourselves.
This is going to the Government. And the people voted for it. So that's where it's going. And I need more shares.
