Because this one is easy to control. There is no big long money (institutions) to throw a wrench in the plan. Slight long retail pressure upward which can be shorted down and then covered easily. Just look at the chart on this thing.

It's also a very safe short. Leo has said no R/S surprise uplist. Leo has said no Brilacidin partnership until more is known about the platform (B-OM results). Kevetrin phase 1 is known - it's safe and efficacious to an extent. Prurisol phase 2 is the next datapoint that is unknown.
