Back down to the upper 13s so far. Let's see if it hits 12 or less.
With Crude Oil breaching (or testing) that important 40 level today, that is a a distinct possible risk yet, all depending on if approx 40 oil holds.

It would not surprise me to see 10-12 on RUSL yet, and certainly in my view a nice buying opportunity area if it happens.
We'll see what unfolds in coming days-- analyzing it day-by-day.
