Ping so you cant come up with anything except this which happened over 25 years ago, and has nothing to do with the issue here.

Now Energy Drilling is suing Virtus, in a long line of customers each of whom ended up in court with this company.

If it was not for this drilling contractor, this well would have been drilled but just like all the previous ones, each one ends up in court. Maybe there is a pattern here ?
