there are no "fully clothed" shorts of any relevance to TDEY shareholders, currently. There are however NAKED Shorted Shares out & in the market that involved now WORTHLESS & CANCELED CERTIFICATES. FACT! The culprits behind & the only ones who can initiate illegal naked shorting will be the brokerages & the MM's they use to route the trades & that would be Alpine Securities & Spencer Edwards, the only 2 brokerages who even are willing to accept CERTS & they also clear in house...for an additional $750 on top of their normal fees you can even have said clearing expedited (3-5 days). FACT! Wonder how many CERTS were in those brokerage houses were shorted against & their size after conversion? Welcome to The Caribbean Wolf Pack's domain as we are the only verifiable shorting force in the sub penny market & even we have to borrow our shares (never been a problem with the brokerages we use down south where crystal blue waters is the norm btw ANY of the investing public who believe that shorting sub pennies does not exist or in that supposed $2.50 rule have NO idea of what they speak nor the monetary means to perform the aforementioned type of trades. FACT! We have been for well over a decade allowed (due to our funds size & well success a 10-1 borrow/margin cost)...depending on the stock .20 - .25 per share borrowed. So, yes to borrow & initiate (for simplicity sake a 5 million share short position yes we do have to have $1M held in that particular account & WE would never even initiate such a small position & OUR RESULTS ARE VERY VERIFIABLE. FACT! I/we also go long on occasion & when that happens & very rarely does it we perform much face to face to face due diligence & spare no expense in performing said. Our DD efforts prior to going long in TDEY (after Oak River Technology became involved took us to Texas, Florida & New York. FACT! ALL NAKED SHORTED SHARES WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED EITHER WITH SHARES OR BY MONETARY MEANS PRIOR TO THE NEW TICKER ARRIVING BACK @ THE BROKERAGER HOUSES. FACT! Will that aid shareholders here only time will tell but shares will either be bought in the open market to replace those in the market or those involved will be paying out of pocket for the cost of those shares. FACT!
