Yes... not without reason.

Money to be used to build a drone but paid for with shares. Years in the making IMO. Expect further dilution.

There IS NO DRONE at their facility (P.O Box) at this time. Maybe it is in his apartment.

Wayno could have bought a cheap one on Black Friday instead he will spend big money to redevelop the wheel and it will still be a wheel. CEOs have no problem spending your money and diluting your value.
