Not unreasonable to take a risk at .035. While my DD was very negligent is failing to investigate the extent to which the Patent Board has become harsher in recent years, most realize that it will be a Federal Judge who will determine Alice. IMO, the bet is that buying at .035 and getting a legal decision from a sitting judge (as opposed to a Board maybe politically influenced more than a judge would be) would make a pop from Alice attractive.
It's the only explanation for me as to why people are buying. Mid-three cents is a reasonable risk in the face of the impending Alice ruling. GL
