Lolol okay. Yes I'm paid to say that this stock failed due to its poor management and inability to develop any sort of functioning, revenue generating enterprise. I'm also paid to make sure that the truth of what ruined this fine example of a fledgling business never sees the light of day, but you have uncovered that secret: Shorting. Hedge Fund shorting.
