Pookie- CDEx competition:

FirstDefender is being deployed across many federal agencies including the U.S. Army, U.S. Customs and Immigration, FBI, and DHS. Hazmat teams across the country ranging from FDNY, Washington DC, Orlando and Seattle are actively using it. It is being used by law enforcement from the State Police of NJ to the LAPD. Dozens of other cities, counties and state agencies are using FirstDefender because of its accuracy, usability and low price. It is available via federal and state grants, NY State HIRE contract and through the GSA schedule.

FirstDefender has been tested by the U.S. Army.

What a pleasure to read a honest and thorough test report without any missing crucial data or misleading statements. What ever happen to the CDEx Army report? Did CDEx have it labeled as a proprietary trade secret?

I personally don't believe that CDEX is on track for the grant money you keep referencing. The meth gun is just now transitoning into a beta unit for testing in a few months. Any agency that wants a piece of the 99 million grant money should be getting their applications in NOW IMO. A production model meth gun is going to take a while to get to the point of availability where FirstDefender is now. How long did the ValiMed testing program take before the first production run?

I'll be giving the company a call to get their opinion about applications for meth lab abatement and whether their device is a contender for that market.

Know your competition.

And keep it real.
