"Look, nothing has changed, the court is basically saying, this will all have to go to trial. Every day the iPlex is on market, and TRCA can not stop iPlex from being marketed, the less market share and less relevant TRCA/Increlex becomes. TRCA actually lost today, because, the courts did not say "TRCA Wins, there is definite infrigement, and we award TRCA damages." TRCA wish this was the case. I would rather be in INSM position than TRCA position. TRCA PR was pure BS. They really are freaking desperate, and they should be."
