3 Reverse Splits since incorporation, and that did not include the one to preferred stockholders even before this was a ticker symbol.

How many companies do a name change without a reverse split? They are few and far between. We will see when the form is filed, but until then, I believe it will happen.

And it is not a new business, its a whole new restructure. Everything else is gone.
