Judge was not happy with him today?

Were you there today or able to get a transcript or?

What was TODAY all about and why does he have to show up in March?

What civil charge against who is changing from a civil charge to a criminal charge?

Any light you could shed would be appreciated.

And I agree, this is just a curious sideshow and I too am more interested in what happens on Mary's desk and then under the water than in the courtroom.

That's where the future of this company is and hopefully the payoff for all us steady investors.
