"Good News", is they could have SUCKED it out ALKM Commons and converted now, which would have further deteriorated the PPS. Looks like they are banking it for later, and as long as ALKM PPS improves, would be a minor hit, compared to now. There are some MAJOR concerns as they are protected shares, it looks like they are still moving on ALKM and it has a pulse. They are not using their own money, hence no sense of URGENCY for the Common Shareholder. You do things differently when it't your "BUTT" and money on the fire.
We need "Scotty" Running the Engine Room at the ALKM plant.
