So it is pretty obvious that they will not be using the credit facility unless there is an emergency.

If they require more operating capital before they become cash flow neutral it will be in their favor (assuming the placement price is reasonable, above a certain amount of like $1.7ish?) to just do another private placement of shares rather than draw on the revolving credit facility, thereby increasing the share count.
