When someone is selling naked, they glad whatever is available in the lot they are trying to sell. This action offshore is an always happening with penny stocks. This is not going to stop until STWS does something to shore up the shares and starts to be able to handle expenses without going outside a budget. This rarely takes place if a company has financing in place to give a real threat that a company can shore up financing in quick manner. Anyway, a couple water deals and this stock will be in the few dollars range.
