Diversity did provide a great return till 2008, I just do not think the market is as stable as it was prior to 2008. Stable/climbing market ensures diversity works.

I believe the market is much more unstable, which provides opportunities for larger, short term gains.

My wife and son are diversified, but the returns are not as great... Yet...

When I am fishing from a cardboard
box for dinner, and asking them for a few bucks, we will know the market stabilized, and I lost... LOL
