Interesting article on Toxic Financier

I was continuing my DD on this company and ran some things by a friend who was intrigued by the financing end (since obviously these are the people making more money with less risk) he just sent me this article. Interesting stuff.

The key of course , as an investor is that most of these companies fail as pointed out by others here, but some do recover, at least somewhat.
