1. Exactly how many F500 companies hcti is currently in talks with and where in the process they are at with each one ? Close to agreement, testing phase, or near production. No names are needed just an update in status. (I.E. we have 3 in testing phase, 1 close to agreement, and 2 near production)
2. What is Mary Cushmac's role in the company and why are there no updates on what she is working on or progress she is making ?
3. There have been recent releases by several companies of isocyanate free adhesive and foams by companies like bona and others. Does this mean hcti's product could fall by the wayside if other companies are able to produce comparable products without it ? What is HCTI comparison on these products ?
4. Why are companies so hesitant to be associated with HCTI publicly ? Why are companies hcti is approaching so hesitant to move to hcti's green product ?
5. Why is HCTI unwilling to have a conference call to answer all the questions investors like us have ?
6. On the intangible assets section of the latest 10Q it shows several licensing deals that seem to have failed and produced little to no money. Is there an explanation for these failures ? Could the "proposed" deals end quickly in the same manner ?
7. The 160k for the shipment of a container of product in one of the recent PR's... How is that money being spent ? Why can't the name be released on who it's being sold too ? Why wouldn't a company who is buying your product and using your product not want to say they are doing so ?
8. Where exactly in the process is the 20 million dollar deal ? It didn't close as expected at the end of september. Why has there been no update on why ? Is the deal dead ? Is it now unlikely to happen ?
9. HCTI has said on several occassions that they expect "significant" revenue by the end of 2015. Well we are 30 days from the year ending and we have received 1 Pr saying the company is going to make 160k this year. Can we get an update on this statement ?
10. 1 year ago HCTI did a pilot job for a california municipality that should have brought in additional agreements. The PR states HCTI was in discussion with "several other municipalities". What happened ? Why has there been no additional jobs or revenue ?
11. The 1.5 million dollar financing that was received in november of last year. Where has the money gone ? Is there any left ? Will a new round of financing be achieved ?
12. Why is HCTI unable to convince additional standard financing establishments or private investments companies to get involved thus forcing HCTI to rely on toxic debt financing ?
13. The latest 10Q shows no new convertible debt from Aug to Sept 30. Have there been any new convertible debt agreements entered into ?
14. Why has Joseph stopped posting to his HCTI twitter account ? Shareholders having access to speak with him and have him be transparent again on HCTI could help put investors more at ease.
15. Adhpro Adhesives in Magog, Quebec and Simpson Coatings in California. It's stated in the 10q that HCTI expects to have full scale commercialization with these 2 companies. What is the likely timeframe of the product being produced ?When can revenue from this be expected ?
16. What does HCTI expect to happen in the next 90 ? 6 months ? And why ?
