When one learns how to read L2, it is easy to see that was a portion of a cert pushed through as a short by one of the various liquidators.

It will take 5-10 million shares or $40,000-$60,000 to push this to .03 without their being active liquidations.

Which we all know there is almost always liquidations in this POS.
