If you read the filings from this trust, they are selling to meet other financial obligations. It's likely just a slush fund for Mr. Posner's sons. He was one of the largest initial investors in QMC years ago. He died a few years ago in a boating accident and they were left the shares. They've been slowly selling shares for years since he died as part of the trust requirements.
