Look like the sellers have gone (of course we said this before.)

It would be nice to dream
that it was EOY tax loss selling done in Nov
that drove the pps down
so that the sellers could wait the 30 days wash rule
then they will all buy back those shares before EOY
and thus drive the pps back up
because they all knew that STWS had some good news coming
at the BOY when they get all those permits
to FINALLY get their water works business underway
which will bring in that continuous qtr after qtr water revenue.

One can dream.
