Minimizing dilution (cash > equity financing) and using the proceeds to fund the rest of the Nevada buildout and/or for an accretive acquisition.

I would be more than content if they get a good price.

We already have 2 dispensaries on the LV strip and this is the worst of the 3 locations in LV.
