Dear Valued Shareholder,

Thank you for your recent questions regarding news and market activity. As per our most recent filings we were required to increase our authorized shares due to the convertible notes and financings that were disclosed in earlier filings (to be in compliance with reserve requirements).

I can confirm no insiders have been selling. As a fully reporting OTC company we would be required to file notice of inside sales of stock. As you can see from our filings, we have not done so. I personally own 256,000,000 shares of stock at this current time. I can confirm that we are on schedule to file our 10K at the end of November and everything is on target to do that.
