Shared risk gives Credibility. Would have vetoed RXSFD giving AXIUS permission on old debt Conversion to SHARES before REVERSE. All this 50% discount, doesn't look good either. RXSFD Preferred Shares would be the last, as they are "Replacement" control.
Gave a few weeks... read RXSF 10-k and deal for Patent is in RXSF Sec Filing? Company after all " can disclose information like this"
Company had disclosed. Surprised nobody picked up on , but as we know people are getting paid to sell RXSFD shares... not PRODUCT.
