So if they aren't getting paid what do they do? As capted said the weather conditions are far from favorable for diving. I monitor the NOAA marine weather reports on a near daily basis for that area and its near consistently bad. So on the issue of the permit, if everything is clean and neat and everyone's happy, why no issue? Although not for finding treasure (batting average O), I thought the super merits of this company was that of getting permits? Why this extensive wait. On the other hand, with the sea conditions being what they are, apparently there's plenty of time.
