There's no lol here - that's how the California bill is set up. As a California patient, I can legally trade cannabis with Joe Shmoe. If Joe owns a "dispensary" on weed maps and sells that Cannabis in a non-compliance area to a non-compliance person, Joe is at fault, not me. Even if I grew the cannabis. Here in California - Joe gets shut down, not my grow. I can sell to storefronts the same way, legal and illegal alike. If they have their 215 papers - and I have my 215 papers, then cannabis can trade our hands.
