Lawsuits are tremendously expensive and even if you win, you then have to collect the judgement. The old saying throwing good money after bad comes to mind.

I've made formal complaints to the SEC about this and other stock scams with no response whatsoever. It seems as though the government figures we deserve to lose our capital if we dare to invest.

Our only recourse is to rely on the law of karma. Shall we all join hands and sing a few rounds of kumbaya.
